PsychNation is a custom coded PHP and MySQL powered site featuring:

Users can log in to their PsychNation Web account using their NickServ nickname and password. The Web-based control panel allows changes to nickname and channel settings to be made from a graphical interface rather than by using text commands on IRC. Webmasters can easily create their own IRC-based chat room and easily set modes, edit their channel access list, add a BotServ bot or add entries to the autokick list.

Community functions mean anyone with a registered nickname can instantly participate in forum discussions, add or rate quotes and create their own user profile.
